Atlanta, GA –The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is proud to offer residents a new, and easy, way to connect with the agency protecting them with the launch of FCSO app! The free app is available for download right now in both Google Play, and Apple App Stores; just type “Fulton County Sheriff’s Office” in the search bar.
The FCSO App offers a variety of important services to residents. Within the app, users are able to easily submit a crime tip and contact the Sheriff’s Office. 911 should remain the primary method of reporting an emergency situation, however, the “Submit a Tip,” and “Contact Us” features allow residents to easily submit important information directly to the Sheriff’s Offices. Additionally, users are able to search the Fulton County Jail inmate roster, search for registered sex offenders, and see, in real-time, where they are living, and whether any offenders are in their neighborhood.
“We are always working to increase the transparency of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, as we work to serve our community,” says Fulton County Sheriff Patrick “Pat” Labat. “This app brings FCSO into the 21st century, and reaches citizens on the method of communication they use the most—their cell phones.”
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is appreciative of the collaborative effort from The Sheriff App team in developing this app to be the premier offering to our residents. The Sheriff App’s team collaborated with division commanders at FCSO to create unique features. This high-level of customization involves user-friendly interfaces that will make this app accessible and easy to navigate for citizens, regardless of their level of technical knowledge.
