To request a list of excess tax funds:
- Follow the Open Records Request steps:
Step 1: Visit the Fulton County Open Records Requests Center.
Step 2: Login or create a new account.
Step 3: Choose “Sheriff” from the dropdown under “Department Requesting Record(s) From.”
Step 4: Describe the requested records and click Submit.
- Note: The list includes the Sheriff Sale #, Parcel ID, and excess funds amount only. Owner information and mailing addresses are not included.
